The Legal & General Group, established in 1836, is one of the UK’s leading financial services companies. The adviser’s success depends on Legal & General International processing transactions quickly and efficiently while providing speedy and accurate resolution of any problems that may arise. Legal & General International has a dedicated distribution support team, based in Dublin, which is at the forefront of the operation. On your request they can provide personal illustrations, a detailed pre-vetting service, bond valuations and product and technical information.
In addition, there is an extensive team of Wealth Development Managers (WDMs) who offer a wide distribution reach within the UK Adviser market. A specialist sales team in the international market works closely with the WDMs to ensure the needs of the UK advisory market is well served. They can also draw on the full support of Legal & General’s panel of tax and trust experts who can assist you with expert guidance and information. They will ensure that the guidance provided is relevant to the situation, which can then help you to construct an appropriate solution for your client.
Irish Progressive Services International (IPSI), an independently regulated subsidiary of the Irish Life & Permanent Group operates the back office administration of Legal & General International’s bond products. They have over 10 years experience administering life assurance business distributed throughout Europe. IPSI is well versed in the administration of international bond products and manages all back office processing for Legal & General International, under its direct supervision and control.
