Overview
Trusts have always been an integral part of the estate planning process for high net worth clients. Trust laws and inheritance tax law have evolved considerably over the last few years, particularly following the introduction of new inheritance tax legislation in 2006 and 2008.
Investors have access to a comprehensive range of trusts through Legal & General International including various versions of the Gift Scheme, the Loan Scheme and the International Discounted Gift Scheme. In addition we also provide trust deeds for an Excluded Property Trust and a Probate Trust together with supporting explanatory material for all schemes.
